The seller
Héritage du Mille is a sale by Emmanuel Hébert Inc., registered for GST and QST.
Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars, taxes included, and firm. Every piece is one of a kind: once sold, it leaves the catalogue.
Final sale, as is
The pieces are antique or pre-owned and are sold in their current condition, with no exchange or refund. The photos and description are the reference; questions before buying are always welcome.
Condition
Each page gives a grade followed by a note: Excellent condition, almost no sign of use; Very good condition, light wear normal for its age; Good condition, visible wear, usable as is; Needs restoration, the piece requires work.
Payment
By card on the site, through Stripe. While you pay, the piece is held for you for thirty minutes.
Lighting
Light fixtures are sold as is, like everything else. On request, we can put you in touch with a seasoned restorer, a retired electrical engineer, to bring them back into working order; that service is arranged directly with him.
Pickup
In Sainte-Clotilde-de-Châteauguay, by appointment, within 14 days of purchase. The address is given to you after payment. Bring what you need to carry the piece.
Delivery
$85, taxes included, on the Island of Montreal, in Laval and on the South Shore, within 14 days of purchase, on a date agreed together. For an address outside this area, the delivery fee is refunded and the piece remains available for pickup.
